DANDELION, CHESTNUT & CABBAGE STIR FRY (Winter Healing Guide)
Ingredients:
1 bunch dandelion greens, chopped 1 small cabbage, sliced
1⁄2 cup cooked chestnuts, crumbled 1 tbsp sesame oil Coconut aminos or tamari
Instructions:
Sauté cabbage aminos for 3–4 minutes. Add chestnuts, stir, then fold in dandelion greens. Cook until greens soften. Season lightly with sesame oil if desired.
